Repeat Prescriptions

pill_collectionPlease ensure that you order your medication before running out; and that you have had your medication review.  Review dates are printed at the bottom of all prescriptions.  If you have not had your medication review then your request for medication maybe refused, and you will be asked to book an appointment to see the Doctor.

We are unable to take requests for medication over the telephone.  If you wish to have your prescription sent to you please enclose a stamped addressed envelope with your request.  Unfortunately the surgery is unable to take responsibility for the postal service.

Please remember, repeat prescriptions take 48 hours to process.  It is your responsibility to order more medication before running out.

If you see a Doctor privately, without prior discussion with any of the Surgery Doctors, we are not obliged to issue any prescription given to you by the Private Doctor.
